RETURN POLICY

Returns

Our goal is that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, simply return your purchase in its original packaging, with your original receipt/email confirmation within 30 days from the purchase date.

  • Please examine the outer box and all contents immediately upon receipt for any signs of Wrong Item(s) Shipped/Defective/Damaged Item(s).
  • For claims, please e-mail us at sales@rifai-trading.com so that we can initiate the process. All claims must be initiated within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Defective/damaged merchandise can ONLY be replaced.
  • Products must be in new condition in order to receive a refund.
  • Special/Bulk Orders and Seasonal items cannot be returned.
  • RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON HIGH-DEMAND ITEMS, SUCH AS MASKS, TOILET PAPER, SANITIZING AND CLEANING PRODUCTS, WATER, LYSOL, CLOROX, ET.C. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@Rifai-Trading.com and send your item to: 24423 Peroni Dr, Richmond, TX 77406.

FOR UNDAMAGED AND NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Rifai Trading understands that even new-in-box items may not meet expectations. For items where your mind has changed, or the color doesn’t match in your kitchen, or it doesn’t look like you thought it would – we can and will still assist you to get an item that you love. Please request Return Merchandise Authorization and in most cases you will receive a UPS Prepaid Ground Shipping Label. If you choose to use UPS Prepaid Ground Shipping Label from Everything Kitchens the discounted price we pay for the label will be deducted from your refund once processed within our Returns Department. You are always welcome to ship the product using a traceable and insured shipping method of your choice.  Please allow up to 14 days for return processing and credit issuance.

For replacement or store credit,

There is no processing/restocking fee or penalty of any kind. Upon receipt of the returned item, you will be issued an email gift certificate with credit for the full value of your original purchase. As stated above, you will be responsible to pay for shipping to return the product, but normal free shipping rules will apply when you re-order.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Non-Refundable Items

Typically there are no refunds or exchanges for items in the categories below. Please contact us first if you have any questions:

  •  Heaters and Cooling Supplies
  • Special Orders  
  • BBQ Grills
  • Gas-Powered Items
  • Oversize Items
  • Items Including and over 50lbs. 
  • Items that require special delivery
  • HIGH-DEMAND ITEMS – Examples: Generators, Masks, Toilet Paper, Santizing and Cleaning Items, Water, Lysol, Clorox, etc.

Product Warranties

Products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service, you must contact the manufacturer’s authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the material shipped with the product, or from the manufacturer directly.
